1. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

In case of high order volumes or unforeseen delays, we will notify you via email.
2. Shipping Locations
We currently ship across India through trusted courier partners to ensure timely and safe delivery.
(International shipping will be introduced soon.)
3. Estimated Delivery Time

Metro Cities: 3–5 business days

Other Cities & Towns: 5–7 business days

Remote Areas: Up to 10 business days
Delivery times may vary depending on your location and courier partner operations.
4. Shipping Charges

Free shipping on all prepaid orders above ₹499.

A nominal shipping fee may apply for orders below ₹499 or for COD (Cash on Delivery) orders.

Shipping charges, if applicable, will be displayed at checkout before payment.
5. Order Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email with your tracking number and courier details.
You can track your shipment on the courier’s website until it reaches your doorstep.
6. Delayed or Undelivered Orders
If your order is delayed beyond the estimated time or not delivered, please contact us at info@ayurbhava.com with your order ID.
We will coordinate with our logistics partner to resolve the issue promptly.
7. Damaged Packages
If you receive a package that appears damaged or tampered with, please do not accept it.
Contact us immediately at info@ayurbhava.com with images, and we’ll arrange a replacement or assist as per our Return & Refund Policy.
